Project Overview

The Challenge:

Bojangles’ corporate headquarters was established in 1977, with Charlotte serving as its home since the company’s inception. However, with evolving technological needs and a desire to attract fresh, young talent, the company made the strategic decision to relocate. The goal was to find a space that could be renovated to reflect their brand identity—modern, functional, and within budget.

The Solution:

Recognizing the need for a modern, versatile space to attract talent, support training, and facilitate meetings, recipe development, and video production, we designed a comprehensive solution, which included the installation 70,000 feet of CommScope CAT6 cabling for data needs and a Biamp system for sound masking, paging, and music throughout the space. Security was enhanced with 17 Avigilon IP cameras, 21 access control points, two doorbell cameras, and a visitor management system. The audiovisual setup includes seven conference rooms, a large training room with overflow space, a café that doubles as meeting space, twelve executive offices, and a fully equipped test kitchen. The result is a secure, functional, and future-ready environment tailored to the client’s evolving needs.

The Result:

The solution we provided allows Bojangles more collaborative spaces for their employees and a great space to interact and welcome the public for biscuit competitions, hosting events and training new employees.
